Registration Is Open Until August 16!
SEIRN Conference 2019
SEIRN’s 2019 Conference will take place September 6-8 in Nauvoo, Alabama (approximately 1 hour and a half north of Birmingham). The Conference will begin at 6 pm on Friday the 6th and end at 1 pm on Sunday the 8th. We will host the first Weaving Solidarity convening for signed up teams on Thursday and Friday.
Registration for the Conference is now open!

The last day to register is August 16. This is also the last day to receive a partial reimbursement for a cancelled registration. If you cancel your registration on or before August 16th, we will reimburse 75% of your registration and lodging fee. We are very sorry that we are unable to reimburse registration/lodging fees for cancellations after August 16th.
Any registrations that remain unpaid by August 23 will be cancelled. This is necessary because after that date, SEIRN is unable to change the number of participants and we will be charged for each person on the list, whether or not they attend the conference.

All organizations that have their membership up to date will receive a discount on their registration. Click here http://bit.ly/SEIRNmember to become a member or to renew your membership.

Registration fees (does not include lodging)
Fees for children
There is a $25 fee per child for children between the ages of 3 and 14 to cover lodging, food, and childcare. There is no charge for children 2 and under, and youth 15 and older must register individually and pay the registration and full lodging fee.
Hotels
Lodging
The conference will take place at a campsite and retreat center.
Most of the lodging consists of dorm style cabins with bunk beds accommodating 10-18 people. This lodging option works well for large group organizations that want to bunk together. Please note, participants staying here will need to bring their personal linens, blankets and pillows.
There is a limited number of family/small group hotel style rooms for 2 to 4 people. This lodging option provides more privacy and often work best for smaller groups/families and/or individuals. Lodging will be assigned by need and on a first come, first served basis, taking special needs into consideration. If you would like to stay in a family/small group hotel style room, it is important that you complete your registration as soon as possible.
Lodging Costs
There are some hotels about 20 to 45 minutes away from the Camp. For a list of nearby hotels send an email to eva@seirn.org. If you plan to stay at a hotel, please make your reservations directly with them.
