SEIRN’s 2017 Conference will take place November 3-5 in Moscow, Tennessee (approximately 1 hour east of Memphis). The Conference will begin at 6 pm on Friday the 3rd and end around noon on Sunday the 5th. There will be an optional sesión about how to build our resilience as individuals, organizations and communities on Friday from 11 am to 5 pm.
Registration
Registration for the Conference is now open. Participants who register by September 25th will receive an “early bird” discount.
The last day to register is October 12. This is also the last day to receive a partial reimbursement for a cancelled registration. If you cancel your registration on or before October 12th, we will reimburse 75% of your registration and lodging fee. We are very sorry that we are unable to reimburse registration/lodging fees for cancellations after October 12.
Any registrations that remain unpaid by October 18 will be cancelled. This is necessary because after that date, SEIRN is unable to change the number of participants and we will be charged for each person on the list, whether or not they attend the conference.

Scholarships
The deadline for scholarships has passed and there are no more scholarship funds available.
Lodging
Lodging at the conference site is sold out, but camping is available at the site. The fee for camping is $10 per person. You must bring your own tent, sleeping bags, etc.

Staying in a hotel: The closest recommended hotels are the Hampton Inn and Courtyard by Marriott in Collierville, in the outskirts of Memphis. They are about 35 minutes from the conference location. There are many other hotels in the Memphis area, but keep in mind that the conference site is about 1 hour away from downtown Memphis. There are also other hotels in other towns in the area that are between 25 and 45 minutes away. If you are planning to stay in a hotel, please make your reservations directly with them.
